Guest guest Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 Hi Rashelle, I have a question about Life Lift breathing that I am asking you here on our list, not only for my own benefit, but for the benefit of all the other LIfe Lifters who might be wondering about this. I think that in view of the fact that the holidays are times when we all eat a lot and when we all eat things that we don't ordinarily eat during the rest of the year, this question is a very timely one. Here is the question: ***Is it good or bad, or at least, NOT SO GOOD, to do plenty of Life Lift breathing (10 reps or more at one time) after having eaten a large meal? Would digestion be adversely affected by doing Life Lift breathing immediately after eating a large meal, such as the meals that we all eat during holiday seasons?*** Thank you so much for answering this question for all of us, Rashelle.
