My mom was just diagnosed with tendonitis in her left shoulder, and I

wanted to find out if any of you have some exercises to pass on that

might help her in recovery?

Thanks in advance for any help you may have. :)

Hi ,

I don't know of any exercises for shoulder tendonitis, but I am sure that

Rashelle will be able to recommend some to you that your mom will be able to do

with Life Lift brathing. I hope that she knows how to do Life LIft breathing!!

If she doesn't, then please make sure you show her Rashelle's videos and let her

learn how to it it by watching our wonderful sweetheart, Rashelle, as she does

it and by doing it along with that wonderful instructor who we are so fortunate

enough to call ours!!! I am sure that Rashelle will post an answer to your

qeustion herself when she gets back on line after she returns from her family

Christmas celebration!!! I am certain that Rashelle will have many exercise

suggestions for your mom that will help her should tendonitis!!!

What a bummer that your mom has to spend the holidays in pain!!! I am so sorry

to hear that from you!!! Please tell your mom that I will be praying for her

and wishing her the best as she goes through this, and that I hope that she will

feel well ASAP so that she will be able to enjoy all the holiday celebrations

which everyone will be taking part in in a few days!!!

A most Merry Christmas to you, , and to your sweet mom, too. God bless

both of you always,

Love always,

Pat
