The day after Christmas!!!

Hi Everyone,

It is the day after Christmas, and I hope that everyone had a fabulous Christmas

Day yesterday. I did. I hope that all of you are doing plenty of Life Lift

breathing today and that you will plan to do plenty of Life Lift breathing for

the rest of your lives. I cannot emphasize the importance of Life Lift

breathing strongly enough!! Well, within a week, 2007 will have arrived and

2006 will have gone down in history, never to return!! So much has happened for

me this last year!! The most notable and memorable thing that has come into my

life this last year was Life Lift breathing and our dear, sweet, adorable and

cute Rashelle, who, as we all know, has a heart of gold. Life Lift breathing

will be a part of my life for its duration, as everyone knows by now. I am SO

HAPPY AND SO EXCITED about Life Lift breathing that I cannot begin to tell you

and cannot begin to praise my darling friend, Rashelle, for having put this

wonderful program together for all of us!!!

Rashelle, may you prosper and flourish forever, and may you have a very happy

and long life of Life Lift breathing ahead of you!!! What more can I say???????

Well, everyone, I hope that you all enjoy this time that we are now in between

Christmas, 2006 and New Years Day, 2007!! May 2007 bring us more happy, joy and

blessings than we have ever had in our lives in the past. I want you all to

know that I am praying for each and every one of you, and will continue to pray

for each and every one of you for the rest of my life!!!
