Guest guest
Hi My dear Life Lift friend, I am so glad that you love Life Lift as much as I do and that you do 100 Life Lift breaths in the morning before I get out of bed and then a few more here and there throughout the day. I usually break my 100 daily Life Lift breaths up into 10 sessions of 10 Life Lift breaths each session, as I find that easier on my lungs as doing all 100 at once. However you choose to do it, tthat is fine, as long as you do as many Life Lift breaths per day every day as possible and as long as you make your Life Lift practice an automatic part of your life, as brushing your teeth is. Thanks for sharing your experience of Life Lift and your love of Life Lift with me, dear, and I wish you a most MERRY and BLESSED Christmas!! Guest guest
Merry Christmas Pat The reason i do them first is if i don't i am afraid i will get busy and not get them in and i sure don't want to do that : O ) > > > > Good for you, dear!! Guest guest
Same to you, dear. Well, in my case, I could never forget to do Life Lift breathing!! Never!! That is how important it is to me!!! I don't know how I lived for 54 years without it. That seems inconceivable to me now, as I will have been doing Life Lift breathing for one entire year on Feb. 7, 2007!!! I am sure that after one year of doing Life Lift breathing, it will have become as much a part of your life has it has become a part of mine You will most probably get to the point where you will feel that you absolutely cannot do without Life Lift breathing!!! So, please enjoy this wonderful gift of Life Lift breathing that Rashelle has given us for the rest of your life and on into eternity. That is what I am going to do!!. Guest guest
Hello Molly and everyone, I am so excited about the new year and all of our possibilities. Molly, it warms my heart to see you making a commitment to post every day so you can realize your dreams of a healthier and more beautiful body. My wishes for this new year are that each one of you will find success in all areas of your life. My biggest wish is the same this year as in years past. I would love to know that every one of you will find exactly what you were hoping for when you came to my LifeLift web sites. I am glad to be back home, but I must admit it did me a world of good to take some time off to be with my family for almost two weeks. I feel like I have been given a whole new lease on life and I am ready to experience some miracles. My best to all of you! Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am smiling from ear to ear reading all of your messages! I have been working to catch up since I returned from out of town and I am finally starting to feel like I am caught up enough so I can relax and enjoy all of your messages. January and February are typically the busiest time of the year for us which is wonderful because I get to see how everyone is making a new commitment to their own health and well being. I love knowing that all of your are reaping the rewards of adding LifeLift to your lives. More and more I am seeing people who are really able to stick with their commitments. I am seeing so many reach the goals they set each January. It is so great when we realize that we have 12 whole months ahead of us that we can use to our best advantage. 12 months to create healthier bodies and happier lives. !2 whole months to create a list of brand new healthy habits that can last for a lifetime. Each and every one of those healthy new habits will make a difference. Even the small changes can make a big difference. Remember that when you are making your list of healthy new habits that they do not all have to be done at once to count. If you even plan one change each month that will add up to 12 new healthy habits it will bring you closer and closer to the realization of your ultimate goals. I have loved reading the messages from those of you who are really planning out how you will fit your LifeLift breathing into your days. Use some positive affirmations to help strengthen your resolve to make the changes necessary for you to reach your goals. I truly believe that positive thoughts and positive words build a positive life. I think that positive thoughts and words are as important to your success as eating healthy foods in healthy portions. If you remember that every thought you have, every sentence you speak is a form of an affirmation. Those thoughts and words can be very powerful so pay attention to what you are allowing to enter your mind. Your goals are my goals so you can count on me to be here cheering you on. Those thoughts and words can be very powerful so pay attention to what you are allowing to enter your mind. Like you i feel positive affirmations are a major thing in our lives. My daily routine is , i wake up do 100 life lift breaths while in bed along with positions (this took some pratice lol ) then fix my tea and go thru a list of affirmations that cover all aspects of my life. this takes about 2 hours . Seems like a lot but its important to do this or my day just doesn't go well. Rashelle , i was doing a study on nutrons and scientist have discovered that nutrons follow though as well as words . And since our bodies are made of nutrons what we say and think is very important to our well being. I have been doing positive affirmations since the 70's just love them . > Your goals are my goals so you can count on me to be here cheering you on. > God bless you Rashelle and thank you for cheering us on and supporting us all Molly : O ) > Be Healthy and take good care, > > Rashelle > Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. > Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress > Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift > www.oxygenlift.net. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, You're so very welcome. I am glad that my words and sentiments make you smile. Smiling is such wonderful exercise, isn't it? But how does one smile and do Life Lift breathing at the same time? That seems like it is pretty hard to do, so I guess that we will all have to do our Life LIft breathing separately from our smiling, huh? One more thing, Rashelle, and that is this: I always mean what I say!!! When I say that we all miss you when you are away and/or when you don't post messages to us while you are away, I really and truly MEAN THAT!!! So, once again, welcome back my adorable, Rashelle, and please keep smiling!!! Love always, Pat Re: Did mine I haven't finished my breathing yet today but plan on doing it tonight before bed to relax. : o ) > > > > So far so good got my breathing done for the day : o ) > > >
