Hi Rashelle,

When you say to empty completely on the exhale, which exhale do you

mean? The exhale through the mouth, which you refer to as blowing

through the golden straw, or the exhale at the end, which is the second

exhale and the last (third) part of the Life Lift breath????? I have

been wondering about that for quite some time, so please tell me and

every one else what you mean. Do we have to empty completely during the

" golden straw " part of the Life Lift breath, or at the end, when we blow

air out of our mouths as the last part of the Life Lift breath? I know

that this question might be too technical for our newbies to understand

right now, but they will learn!!! After all, last February I was a

newbie myself, and I learned, and if I learned, as I surely did, then

ANYONE can learn!!! This Life Lift breathing is so easy and so

effective that I cannot believe it!! Still after 9 months, I simply

STILL cannot believe it!!!!

Love always,

Pat

find I get almost as much out of the breaths as I do when I expel the air with a

little more force. It should never be too forceful at any time so doing it

quietly, as you say almost a whisper is a very good way to get your LifeLift

breaths in even when you are in public. I travel a lot so I often do it in the

plane while flying and I try not to disturb anyone so I just gently blow out as

if I am taking a big deep sigh. The important thing is to remember to empty

completely. Expel as much air as you can on the exhale.
