Guest guest
Years of lurking is a hard habit to break : O ) . I just love reading all the post here. And you have motivated me to try to always do my 100 breaths everyday. > > Hi SILENT, > > Nice to see you back!!! I hope that you will do much more than lurk from now on!!! There is no sense in being a part of a support group if you don't participate, most especially when the support group under question is the LIFE LIFT GROUP!!! I LOVE to post and to support you and all my other Life Lift friends!!! This support group is so much fun and I derive such pleasure from posting and from making new friends this way. So, my dear friend, I, for one, am so glad that you are back with us!!! > > Love always, > Pat >
Guest guest
You got that right; years of lurking is hard to break. Back about 7 years ago I was the Queen of Lurkers on our Lifelift list. So I understand. What I found tho, is once I started posting and was welcomed into the Group; I noticed that I was motivated more to follow a healthier program which of course includes daily Lifelift. Another great thing happened after I came out of lurkdom; I made some beautiful friendships with our fellow Lifelifters. If you feel up to it; I would love to hear how long you have been doing LL; what is your favorite tape and exercise. And you do 100 breaths a day! Sounds like you are doing awesome. Take care and enjoy your Sunday, Wanda. > > > > Years of lurking is a hard habit to break : O ) . I just love > reading all the post here. Guest guest
I have been doing the breaths since i learned of lifelift in i think it was 2002 . A friend gave me a bodyflex tape and on it Greer spoke of learning the breath from her sister in law. And i figuered if she learned it from someone else that person would have more knowledge of the breathing . So i found this site read all the back posts ( that took a while )and have been doing the breathing ever since.: O ) > > > > > > > > Years of lurking is a hard habit to break : O ) . Guest guest
That is awesome! And what a great move it was to go from BF to LL. I too, started with Greer because I knew of none others. That is when an internet search and several oxygen breathing lists; brought me to our Rashelle and the rest is history! Keep up the great work. Hugs, Wanda. > > I have been doing the breaths since i learned of lifelift in i > think it was 2002 .
