Guest guest
If you do it faithfully it does. The only problem I've had is that if I don't do my breaths it comes back up after a short period of time. warmly, Jenni Does LL bring down high blood pressure? I'm wondering if LL brings down high blood pressure? I have a month to kick my BP back within normal range. It has been elevated for around 1-2 years now, on and off, and I have a doctor's appointment in June. I just know she will want to place me on BP lowering meds, but I'm a bit stubborn! Rashelle? Could you help me out here too? Thanks everyone! What can changing the way you breathe do for you? Everything! Guest guest
Hi , I would say that Life Lift does bring high blood pressure down, as weight loss brings high blood pressure down, and Life Lift causes wight loss. How much weight do you have to lose? I would imagine that by June (When it June is your doctor's appointment? The beginning, the middle, or the end of June?) If it is at the end of June, you might be able to lose 10 or 15 lbs. by then. I have never had high blood pressure and I am 55 years old so I have no first hand experience of it. I hope and pray that you will be able to get your high blood pressure down with Life Lift before your doctor's appointment, as I have known people who have gone on blood pressure lowering meds, and have not done well on them because they have very bad toxic side effects. Oh sure, they might lower blood pressure, but at the expense of other body systems which really suffer as a result of the meds. Maybe, if by the time you go and see your doctor, you have gotten your weight down sufficiently with Life Lift, and thus, your blood pressure, she will not put you on blood pressure lowering meds. You can always talk to her and tell her that you would rather wait and see what happens with Life Lift before you make your fainal decision. Remember, , that YOUR body is YOURS and not your doctor's. Your doctor does not have the final decision as to whether or not you go on blood pressure lowering meds. YOU DO, and only YOU DO!!! And your very welcome, dear. Thanks for asking us what we think. I will be looking forward to reading what Rashelle has to say to you about this. Love always, Pat soulsingin81 wrote: > I'm wondering if LL brings down high blood pressure? Guest guest
Hi Jenni and , Life Lift is so very easy to do and so enjoyable, that I can't see why someone who has started Life Lift would stop, or, for that matter, forget to do it, most especially when they were trying to bring their high blood pressure down to normal on a permanent basis. I should think that the dangers of toxic allopathic medication would motivate anyone who knows how to do Life Lift to continue it indefinitely!!! After all, consider the very toxic alternative!!! And then, too, consider the fact that one would have to REMEMBER to take the meds, just as one who does Life Lift has to REMEMEBER to do it!!! The best way to handle that is to make Life Lift a regular, automatic part of your life that you don't have to REMEMBER to do it!!! Love always, Pat Titus2.3 wrote: > If you do it faithfully it does. Guest guest
Hi , I think LL definately helps most people lower their blood pressure. I am a rare one tho; I do LL faithfully and especially the day of any doctor appt; and my b/p remains higher than it should. I think it depends a lot of the various reasons our b/p is elevated; such as weight; genetics; sleep; stress; etc. Also, don't forget about the 'white coat theory' where a lot of people have elevated b/p as soon as they see the Doctor. Because of this I would highly recommend you find a place that does b/p readings and go there as often as you can and keep a chart. Some pharmacies will even take it for you. I used to use a wrist b/p monitor but it wasn't accurate at all. So I take my own with the old fashioned cuff and stethoscope and keep track of it daily. Good luck to you! Hugs! Guest guest
Hello , I only have a few minutes on line this evening, but I wanted to answer you questions. Thanks to Jenni and Pat for your thoughts on this too. I have heard from several people who say that doing LifeLift has lowered their blood pressure considerably. My husband and Daughter have both been able to get off blood pressure medications since they started doing LifeLift regularly. My Daughter has lost over 60 pounds, quit smoking and she has stopped having asthma attacks. All of this is great, but I feel that you really need to make sure you monitor your blood pressure all the time and make sure you keep in touch with your doctor. High blood pressure is not something to fool with. Any exercise will temporarily raise your blood pressure so if your blood pressure is high it is best to do LifeLift in small doses. In other words do 5 or 10 minutes at a time then come back and do more later in the day as often as you have the time. It is like eating lots of small meals through the day, only with LifeLift you are feeding your body small doses of oxygen throughout the day. It can be incredibly health building, but again I will caution you to be aware and keep a good check on your blood pressure. It is expected that it may go up during your workouts, but over all it should start coming down. I have heard from many people who have reported their cholesterol, blood sugar levels and many other things have improved, including high blood pressure. This is all the benefit of your body healing and getting stronger. Please just be very careful and make sure you are monitoring yourself all the way through to make sure you are bringing your blood pressure down at a safe pace. I would really appreciate it if you would keep me posted on your progress. I have been doing some studies on this and it is very helpful when I can hear from someone who is having a good experience like Jenni has just reported. It is important that you keep doing your LifeLift once. It is not a quick fix that you can do and then stop. LifeLift is easy and manageable and if you can make it a lifestyle change it can truly change your life forever. LifeLift has done wonders for me. My immune system has completely changed since I have added LifeLift. I was doing traditional exercise for years before with no such results. I worked out for one to two hours daily and even though I looked in good shape, my immune system was pathetic. Now I am happy to be strong and healthy and full of life. Aging is a good thing for me because of LifeLift. The older I get the more LifeLift I do and the healthier I get. The benefits of LifeLift can be endless, so I encourage you to do your small doses of this wonderful LifeLift breathing. Guest guest
Ah sweet Rashelle, You always have our health at heart. How remiss of me not to mention to stay with your doctor and listen to him/her! Thank you dear one for adding that in and really stressing that! It is crucial to listen to them when we are dealing with diabetes, high blood pressure etc. Your a peach as always love, Jenni Does LL bring down high blood pressure? Guest guest
Hi Wanda! Yes, I get the white coat frights too. The thing is lately I haven't been able to calm myself down enough, even with nice deep breaths, to get it under 140/100. That is what it was the other day. I will consider purchasing a nice BP cuff. I'm sure it will come in handy! It is hereditary in my family, but I believe in free will!
