Hi Rashelle and Everyone,

What a WONDERFUL combination the Life Lift breathing/exercise program

and the Victory Theory video are!!! I find that I am starting to lose

weight once again as I start listening to the Victory Theory video (DVD)

while I continue to do the Life Lift breathing, and only SOMETIMES, the

exercises!!! I am SO glad that I have such a wonderful. loving and

caring friend who is buying all this wonderful stuff for me!!!!

Rashelle, you are a true jewel!!!!
