Guest guest Posted April 19, 2006 Report Share Posted April 19, 2006 Hey guys! I received my DVD's yesterday and went home and watched the instructional DVD and did some of the breaths. Also did workout #1 this morning. Rashelle, I really like your approach (after having experienced BF)! I noticed that I'm still doing the " puh " like I did in BF. Is it the same? Yours seems gentler. I may need to practice that. I watched all of the dvds through. I really enjoyed them! So is that all I need to do? One DVD per day and reflexology at night?
