Both videos were gifts to me from a very special friend!!! I watched both of them this afternoon and really love them. I tried some of the exercises already, and they make me feel so great that I can't believe it. I will use these LL videos for the rest of my life, just as I will use the 3 others that I have for the rest of my life!!!! Rashelle, you are terrific, and, oh, so very, very sweet!!! Thank you so much for having produced these wonderful videos for us. I also use my stretch bands every day in the morning. Sometimes I use them with the Stretch Bands video and sometimes with out it, but I stretch with my stretch bands every day!!! And, then, of course, there is my Life Lift breathing, which I really can't get enough of!!! My ultimate goal with the LL breathing is to get my lungs strong enough so that I will be able to do 1,000 Life Lift breaths per day--500 in the morning and 500 at night, with maybe some extra ones during the day!!! I plan to be doing 1,000 plus Life Lift breathis per day within the next year or two. This is a program that I will take to my grave and beyond with me!!!! I am sure of that!!!!
