Guest guest
I need some input on this system. I want to know is there really people out there that have lost pounds and inches from this or not? Does everyone just feel better, more energy, etc., or are there actual results. I am tired of wasting my time. I feel that I have done it all, from being an aerobic instructor, water, step, lunge, etc., to training for a marathon and lifting weights consistantly...the only way I've ever lost weight and gotten to my " goal " weight is by giving up carbs, and the sad thing there is, that is only temporary because who wants to give those up forever to maintain your weight? As I begin to add fruit and some pastas back into my diet, my weight increases. So here I sit, nearly 30 pounds heavier than 2 years ago...of course I'm not happy with my body now, but I don't know if I have it in me to go back to eating just protein and veggies. I am tired of the yo-yo...I want to maintain my goal weight. If you have input, please give it.
