Guest guest
Hi Kim, Gee, your hiccup problem is a complete mystery to me. I am sitting here wraking my brains, trying to think of what might be causing your hiccups, but for the life of me, I can't figure it out!!!! If I happen to think of anything that MIGHT be causing your hiccups, I will let you know!!! Gee, my friend, I really hate it when I can't help my friends, but in this case, I am sorry to say that I can't help you!!! I am hoping and praying that Rashelle might be able to shed some light on this for you. The only thing that I can say is that I really do not see how LL breathing could be causing you to hiccup!!!! I am so sorry that I cannot help you figure this out, Kim!!! So sorry, indeed!!! Love always, Pat kimw419@... wrote: > Melinda, > > That is a unique situation. Guest guest
We eat whole grains, too, but the first recipe I was using had added gluten, not just the naturally occurring gluten in the wheat itself. The kids and I all did that, but it subsided when we started using a new recipe. Crazy, huh? LOL Melinda ) Re: Kim and Hiccups Melinda, That is a unique situation. Guest guest
Hi Kim, I hope that Melinda came up with the answer to your hiccup problem for you. However, I must say, that if your hiccups started as soon as you started doing the LL breathing, and if you had been eating the whole grans bread before that time, then it seems pretty unlikely to me that the whole grains bread you are eating had anything to do with the start of the hiccups, unless, of course, there is something in the whole grans bread you are eating that is INTERACTING with the LL breathing which is CAUSING the hiccups!!! As my mom used to say, " This is a case for Mason " > Love always, Pat The Family wrote: > We eat whole grains, too, but the first recipe I was using had added > gluten, not just the naturally occurring gluten in the wheat itself. > The kids and I all did that, but it subsided when we started using a > new recipe. Guest guest
Hello Kim, Melinda and everyone, I think someone once told me is that the hiccups come because your body is hungry for oxygen. You are actually the first person I have heard say they get hiccups when they do LifeLift, but that does not mean it has not happened. There are thousands of people doing LifeLift daily and obviously I don't hear from each and every one, so I can only say that what Pat said is true...This is one for the detectives. I will see what I can find out and I will be sure to keep you posted. I liked Virginia's idea.. Is it possible for you to start doing your LifeLift breaths before you get out of bed and before you eat. (I love you too, sweet Virginia)- New studies have shown that it is ok and may even be beneficial to do Life Lift shortly after eating a small meal, but in your case if it causes any discomfort, then you may need to adjust accordingly. The suggestion in the video to do it on an empty stomach is no longer considered necessary, but for you this may be unique. I would try to go back every so often to see if your body has adjusted to the extra oxygen you are getting with your LifeLift breaths and see if you can eat after a small meal. I will try to find out more for you to see if I can get you more information. If I understand you correctly it happens when you do LifeLift after eating? If that is the case then it makes sense to try to do it on an empty stomach. That is the way most people did it for years, but then I did a great deal of research and testing and it appears that most people actually do a little better if they do LifeLift about 30 to 45 minutes after a small meal. Since we are all individuals we can never say that everything is right for everyone. Melinda's idea is interesting too. I always appreciate each of you for being so supportive and trying to help each other. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, This is one for the detectives, for sure!! I am surprised that you don't know the reason for Kim's hiccups or what to tell her. You are the developer of Lift Lift, so, if you don't know, who does? Guest guest
Hi Pat, I don't know because I have never heard of anyone getting hiccups from doing LifeLift. Believe me if I knew I would tell her. I never try to pretend to know everything. I just do the best I can. I realize that anything is possible with our unpredictable bodies so I prefer to just do some research before answering when I am not sure. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, I am glad that you are going to do research on hiccups and Life Lift!!! When you find out what the connection is between the two, if there is a connection between the two, please let the group know!! Of course, there is always the possibility that even though Kim got hiccups after she started doing Life Lift and that they are continuing, there is no connection. The two might be totally unconnected, which for some reason, I feel is the case in this situation. But then, I might be wrong!!!
