Hi Pat and all -

Thank you so much for your prayers for all of us.

The Dr's said the surgery went well, although we were back in the ER Sat night

and Sunday Easter with him uncontrollably vomiting.

They pushed that thing over in the back of your throat to get to his back! he

has a 2 1/2 " scar on his neck. but I guess it made that thing swell up so much -

he was always choking....he is doing better now - although now - trying to get

off pain meds they had him on for over 2 years, I am sure will be a chore as

well~ But he is trying - and that is good - had VERY bad moments, and VERY good

ones....so I just try to focus on the good ones - and get through it )

Reflexology is a wonderful thing - I think that is one of the BIG things that

drew me to Rashelle several years ago -

(besides that she is just SO wonderful!) But my mother is a Licensed Massage

Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, and Nutrition Consultant, so I have been

brought up *in the natural*. I delivered 3 of my babies with my mom's

accupressure and NO drugs, NO iv, no nothing )

(and I DID have VERY hard labors! )) But I also knew that the short time to go

through some pain, to deliver my babies with NO drugs in them was SO important

to me )

One nice thing about reflexology, is to do it to yourself - you do not have to

go to school, you can learn some, but you can also just do the breaths, and rub

spots on your body - like massaging them, if you fin a tender spot - you

probably need to focus on that spot a little )

Hi Laurie,

I don't really know what to say about your husband, except that I am

praying for him and I am glad that he is getting better DESPITE the

toxins that the mdical establishment is making him sick with!!! I

really and truly dispise the traditional medical establishment for my

own reasons, but I will not get into that here, as it is not really

germane to the issue at hand and might only upset you further, which is

something that I certainly don't want to do, but, I will just say that

in a way you could consider me a survivor of the medical incompetence of

at least ONE doctor!! That experience took place well over 15 years

ago, and, believe me, it was a very bitter pill for me to have to swallow!!!

As for your background (through your mother) in holistic health, I am so

very happy for you. Has your husband tried any of Rashelle's exercises

for the health of one's back? There are two of them on her Oxygen Zoo

video which really and truly helped me with a long standing upper back

problem that I had for many, many years until I learned how to do the

Macho Monkey Matt and the Cuddly Carassa exercises that Rashelle teaches

on her Oxygen Zoo video!!! Have your husband try those two

exercises!!! They certainly DID help me!!!

Please give your sweet husband a big kiss for me, Laurie!!! Here are
