Question for Virginia

Hi Virginia,

I have a question for you, in fact, this just might turn into more than

one question. My question is this: How many pounds did you

originally lose before you got sidetracked by your hospital stay and all

that it entailed? My next question, which I thought of relating to my

first question, is how long did it take you to lose all the weight that

you lost? Yet another question is this: How many pounds do you plan to

lose altogether with LL breathing???? I can imagine that you are

planning to do LL breathing for the rest of your life, as I am planning

to do it for the rest of MY life for sure!!!! Isn't this LL breathing

method THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS METHOD that you have EVER heard of??????

I'll tell you the truth, Virginia, I have only been doing LL for the

last two months, and already I cannot imagine how I got along without

it!!! I also cannot imagine ever stopping myLL breathing routine!!!!

How could I? The LL breathing has become such an integral part of my

life already, that I could NEVER give it up!!! NEVER!!!! I will do it

to the day I die, and will probably continue to do it for all eternity

once I get to Heaven!!!
