You're welcome - - I forgot to mention that I add a bit of sea salt to our

granola mix. Right now, we're using a type called Real Salt. You can read

about it on the internet. I ordered it through our organic food co-op and

that's why I have that brand. Our nutritionist recommended Celtic Sea Salt.

Hi Melinda,

I've been wondering how much soy is in your drink? Remember too much soy is bad

for your thyroid and I know that you have problems in that area. I've been

wanting to start drinking a good protein drink, because I know that I'm not

getting enough protein in my diet. However I'm concerned about adding too much

soy because I have nodules on my thyroid. A lot of protein drinks are made with

soy.
