Right now, we're using a type called Real Salt. You can read about it on the internet. I ordered it through our organic food co-op and that's why I have that brand. Remember too much soy is bad for your thyroid and I know that you have problems in that area. I've been wanting to start drinking a good protein drink, because I know that I'm not getting enough protein in my diet. However I'm concerned about adding too much soy because I have nodules on my thyroid. A lot of protein drinks are made with soy.
