Hi Everyone,

I have a friend who has lived in a wheelchair her entire life because of

a congenital problem with her legs that she has had since she was born.

Even though I have known her for 10 years already, she has never been

willing to tell me what kind of condition she has or why she has never

been able to walk. Anyway, I have heard her complain to many of our

mutual friends over the years since I have known her that no matter what

she does, she cannot lose weight because she cannot exercise. Just the

other day, I told her about Life Lift breathing and that she could learn

how to do it and use it to help her lose weight and keep it off. Well,

I was expecting my friend to jump at the chance to be able to lose

weight and maintain a low body weight after she did so simply by using a

wonderful breathing technique called Life Lift. To my disappointment,

though, my friend did the exact opposite by saying, " Yeah, sure, Pat!!!

A breathing technique can make me lose weight? Yeah, sure!!! " For some

reason, my friend refuses to believe that a method of breathing can

possibly help her lose weight and then help her keep it off for the rest

of her life!!! My question to all of you, including Rashelle, is what

do I say to my friend to try to convince her that what I am telling her

is true? How do I get her motivated to take my word for it and to buy

one of Rashelle's wonderful Life Lift instructional videos and see for

herself?

Any suggestions as to how I can convince my friend that she can lose

weight and maintain the loss simply by doing Life Lift breathing?

Thanks a lot. Any advice that you can give me that would help me help

my wheelchair friend would be much appreciated.

Love always,

Pat
