It is fun to go to the dollar store & buy a bunch of pacakages & then hang them on my bulletin board beside the calender in front of my computor. That way it reminds me at a glance that I haven't done my breathing today. I love to see all those bright colors filling in the blank spots. Maybe I will try doing 10 extra breaths like Pat does & get an extra sticker. That should make the inner kid doubly hapy. Now that I think of it, noone ever thought to goive me stickers for things when I was a kid (or validation of sorts) so I must be making up for it now.
