Hi ,

Try putting your hand on your knee, apply gentle pressure and then do LL

breaths. Also do this with any other part of your leg or foot that's bothering

you. I'll be praying for you!

Thanks for the advice girls....I don't have the reflexology tape, but

I've read a book about it, so I am familiar with the topic - good

idea! And Liz, I'll try your advice of putting pressure on my knee.
