Hello Sweet Liz,

You are so awesome to be here when no one else is.

I have been so busy with my family, the new baby and that I have not had a

minute to myself,, but I am determined I am going to get back with all of you

now.

I did about 30 minutes of LifeLift today too and I am feeling fantastic! I would

love it if everyone on the Planet could feel this good. I have been doing a lot

of extra LifeLift to keep the stress down with everything that is going on and I

noticed this morning that my pants were feeling really lose and my tummy is

feeling really, really flat. I just love LifeLift. I can't imagine my life

without it.

I love you dearly, Liz. You are such a true trooper and I love knowing I can

always count on you to be here to inspire the rest of us. You never cease to

amaze me with your dedication.

I am praying for all of our LifeLifters in the gulf coast and now for all of you

who are in the path of Ophelia. We have a lot of LifeLifters in the Gulf Coast,

in the Carolina's and in Florida and Texas so we need to keep them all in our

prayers. We are all a big family here and we need to be sending our prayers for

protection to everyone who has suffered or who may be in the path of this new

threat.

Hi Liz,

I am here but was down all day with a terrible migraine. I hope this isn't

how the rest of my pregnancy is going to go. With the last one, I had migraines

during the whole 3rd trimester. I even had one the day we brought our baby

home.

I am doing better now though.

Hopefully, I will be more active on this list soon. Our computer has been

acting up something awful.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did 25 LL breaths with a Pilates tape. I also did 40 LL breaths with my

stability ball. I know that I probably shouldn't have exercised with my ball,

but I missed it so much, temptation got the best of me. :-) Using it didn't

bother my pain too much.... just a little.

OK Mom!!!! :-) It wasn't so much the ball but the different kinds of crunches

that I like to do while using it. If I did the crunches without the ball that

would have bothered me too, I promise not to do crunches too too much until I'm

well.

Hi Liz, darling,

I am so glad that you had fun doing your LL breathing and exercising. I

am even glad to hear that you had fun with your stability ball, but am

not happy that it caused you pain. Pain is an indication that maybe you

really SOULDN'T be using your stability ball right now, but I guess that

everyone is entitled to A LITTLE pain now and then!!!

Liz certainly does keep us inspired with her daily posts. But watch

out everyone! Liz is an exercise machine and I get worn out

sometimes just reading all she does in one day. LOL
