Guest guest
I agree with what Pat and Rashelle said. LL is so much gentler than the others. It is also much easier to do. Plus Rashelle is just so super sweet. What more could you ask for? Give it a try and you will be amazed with what all you gain (I don't mean weight either)
Guest guest
Hi kathi, I started out with BF & then got LL. I don't find the breathing all that different. LL is a LOT gentler though so I mainly use that (unless I forget once in awhile). I'm not surprised that LL is gentler because in general, Rashelle is a very kind, gentle person & her program really reflects that. I love listening to her voice, it's so soothing. I find that I use the positions from both programs now so it takes me about 1/2 an hour a day. I've put all the positions that I do on a list & I check them off as I complete them. Wish I could say that I've lost weight & inches in the 55 days that I've been doing this but I can't. I'm still a size 12. I CAN say how wonderful I feel since I started, though, & I wouldn't give it up for anything. I'll just keep on keepin' on. Have fun! marylene > > I know from reading the Life Lift testimonials that there are people > who do life lift who have used the other two programs (bodyflex and > oxysize) before. Is the breathing any different because sometimes the breathing for the other two seems complicated and difficult. > > Kathi >
Guest guest
You're funny, , but you're right!! You could say that losing weight and inches IS a gain. A gain of a very healthy and slim body!!! It has always been my heart's desire to be VERY SKINNY, but VERY HEALTHY at the same time!!! Now, that dream has the chance of becoming a reality and staying a reality!!! And when you say that Rashelle is very sweet, I would like to take that one step further by saying that Rashelle is THE SWEETEST OF THE SWEET!!!! Love always, Pat faytk@... wrote: > I agree with what Pat and Rashelle said. LL is so much gentler than the > others. It is also much easier to do. > > Plus Rashelle is just so super sweet. Guest guest
Hello R, You are such a sweetheart. You are precious to me. I love hearing from you. I love doing some of the Pilates moves to LifeLift too. I still would love to do a DVD devoted totally to Pilates moves and LifeLift. I actually do some in the workouts that are based on some original Pilates moves. I first learned of Pilates many years ago after I was in a bad car accident. The physical therapist had me using a Pilates machine for recovery to strengthen my back and my neck. I adapted some of those moves and used them in the some of the poses we use in the Original LifeLift DVD/Video, but I would really like to devote an entire workout to just LifeLift and Pilates. For those of you who don't know it would be worth doing some searches on the internet to see the how the originator of Pilates created his workouts. They are very thoughtful moves and can be very healing and strengthening. Nothing but a perfect combination with the LifeLift breathing technique.
