Guest guest Posted December 20, 2005 Report Share Posted December 20, 2005 I guess what bothers me is that I read people on LL and BF who claim to have lost tons in weight and inches, and claim they never had to change their diets or eating habits... What always makes me wonder is how it can work for some and not others...I mean, I know we are all different, but it seems to me the more I do these the more I should lose, and it just does not work that way. It seems to me, for myself, it is because of the Atkins thing I did for a number of years, and then going off it because I have had a change of heart about eating meat or animal products. Going off that along with menopause have been the biggest hurdles I have ever had in my life so far...haha. The beauty is that I have stopped gaining...and everything I do lose is permanent, which his a unique feeling. I am actually eating normally and am now not gaining any more...
