Hi ,

I'm glad you wrote that about not puckering the lips. I didn't realize that was

why the

straw analogy was used. I noticed that if I'm not careful my lips do tend to

pucker up

so I'll have to watch that as I don't want wrinkles. Geesh, I quit smoking over

30

years ago so I can do without the puckering now. hehe. thanks.

Connie,

one thing that works to help people visualize is to try to blow on your chin.

That will help you blow through your lips without puckering.

See if that helps.

Jenni,

It depends upon how you are doing it. Can you gently drink through a straw

say if you are drinking water? BUT if you are drinking a milkshake you would

pucker more right? he he

Okay...I'm confused here.....don't you have to pucker if you are blowing through

the straw? Sorry, having a gray-haired moment.

love,

Jenni

That's exactly why you don't want to pucker your lips lene, you will

create wrinkles. None of us need help with they, eh? he he

Oh NO!!! How do you blow through a straw and NOT pucker your lips???

I have not noticed any more lines around my lips, but then I am always

looking at how my eyes sparkle. I don't need any more lines that is

for sure! Ok, HOW??? Connie :-)

Guess what, everyone!! I have a partial congenital paralysis of my

facial muscles which is a byproduct of my birth defective eye

condition. I have been told by many doctors over the last number of

decades that because of my partial congenital facial paralysis, I would

NEVER wrinkle, at least NOT in my face!!! I figure that that means that

I may feel free to PUCKER MY LIPS while I do my LL breathing to my

heart's content and actually GET AWAY WITH IT!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

What do you all have to say about that??????

Love always,

Pat

Hi Connie,

Well, I guess that you COULD blow the air out of your mouth through

partly closed lips. Wouldn't doing that at least REDUDE the puckering

of your lips while you do your LL breathing!!! And what do you know,

everyone!!! I made a pun!!!! Does anyone see what it is from what I

wrote????? PUN MY WORD!!!!!

Love always,

Pat

....tee hee! I don't know if I do anything gentle anymore...it's more like

can I get the old body to do what I want it to!

I like the advice you gave Connie. I tried that and it is much different then

what I was doing. Hopefully it will help with these awful lines above my

mouth...I'm really getting old lady lines there ...ugh!

love,

Jenni

hi tracy,

thank you for the tip. It's an easier way to remember NOT to pucker. I tried

it this

morning & it worked great, I also tried blowing down to the chest & that worked

too.

thanks
