Hi pat,

I'm not sure what yopu want to know when you asked,

>but could you answer a question for me? How is Greer?

if you nmean how is the program, then my response is, I like it well enough & it

seems to be working for me but I've also ordered the LL dvds because I think I

would

like to try a little gentler approach to the breathing & I heard that it's

better for that.

Also, I think variety is the 'spice of life " as they say so I'm looking forward

to having

some other exercises to rotate my workouts with. Hope that's what you were

aking

me about.

Hi lene,

What I was actually asking you was who Greer is, as I understood you to

say that you were doing the exercises that Greer teaches. I don't know

who Greer is. Or, maybe I had misunderstood your original question.

Unfortunately, I deleted that email already, and don't even remember who

you were asking the question of. Could you please clarify my confusion

for me and tell me who Greer is, or WHAT Greer is? Thanks a lot.

Love always,

Pat

Hi Pat,

I'm not lene but I can answer your question. Greer is the lady

behind the BodyFlex program. She markets her version of

the " breath " as BodyFlex. She learned her version from Rashelle

many many years ago. Since Rashelle taught Greer, it only makes

sence to me that the LifeLift version is probably the the one to

stick with.

I personally started out many years ago with BodyFlex because Greer

markets her program and Rashelle goes with word of mouth. Darlene

brought me to Rashelle and I've been her since. When I first

started I did lose weight and inches with BodyFlex. I also got a

sore throat from the harshness. When I switched to LifeLift I was

not expecting the results I got. The very first week I lost 6

inches even though I had already lost quite a bit with BodyFlex. I

stick with LifeLift because Rashelle is such a wonderful person who

I consider a great friend.

I used to have more time to post, so a lot of you probably don't

know who I am. Those of you who remember me. Hi! :-)
