Right now I am just concentrating on the breathing to make sure I am doing it absolutley right. I think sometimes I get in such a hurry to get in 40 breaths that I forget to concentrate on the actual breathing. Anyway it seems to make a difference I am going to keep doing this until I can do it automatically, then I wil add more stretches.
