This is really a great idea. I do the same thing. There are some ideas in some

of the old newsletter archives at www.lifelift.net that should be very helpful

for this. I have given some ideas several times to help all of you test your

Hi lene, Bonnie & Jenni,

Add me to the list of listmakers too! I don't measure often or graph my

weight but I do weigh every morning. I followed Weight Watchers online for a

while and they did have a graph for weight loss. I think the visual aspect of a

graph is very effective.

Thank you all for sharing what works for you (and what does not). It is

very interesting to me to see how many things we have in common and to try to

learn from all the ways we are different. I like the bands on the water bottle

too, it is easy to lose track when you get busy so I will try that.
