I followed Weight Watchers online for a while and they did have a graph for weight loss. I think the visual aspect of a graph is very effective. Thank you all for sharing what works for you (and what does not). It is very interesting to me to see how many things we have in common and to try to learn from all the ways we are different. I like the bands on the water bottle too, it is easy to lose track when you get busy so I will try that.
