Guest guest Posted September 6, 2005 Report Share Posted September 6, 2005 Ok, so the other night at work (Steak & Shake) I slipped on a wet floor, fell, my foot went one way, my knee went the other way, and it popped out of the socket. I'm sure that just doing the lifelifts would be beneficial for the healing process, but are there any sort of positions that would commence healing, as well?
