Hi all! I'm . I have been doing LL and other programs on and off

for probably 5-6 years. I really do love them, I'm just not as

consistent as I would like. This week, my goal is to do a tape or on

my own 40 all-at-once breaths of LL! Wish me luck :)

My question is: How many of you have tried doing twice-a-day either

tapes with Rashelle or 40 breaths all-at-once of LifeLift and what was

the result? I'm thinking you could burn much more fat with all that

extra oxygen...but maybe not??
