I really do love them, I'm just not as consistent as I would like. This week, my goal is to do a tape or on my own 40 all-at-once breaths of LL! Wish me luck My question is: How many of you have tried doing twice-a-day either tapes with Rashelle or 40 breaths all-at-once of LifeLift and what was the result?
