Guest guest Posted January 1, 2006 Report Share Posted January 1, 2006 I hope everyone's New Year was great! Mine was. And I have a great start to our new challenge and my new healthier me! I ate no funky foods today. ( Not easy for me I LOVE funky foods). This AM I did 10 LL breaths, I mile walk , and windsor pilates. Then tonight I did yoga and my favorite Reflexology with face lift.
