Hi Lida,

The VERY BEST luck to you with the LL program. I have been on it for a

little over two weeks already (I think) and I am having wonderful

results. I have lost nearly 10 inches in my waist already!! I do about

100 LL breaths a day, and, yes, you are right, as far as my experience

is concerned, anyway. The more oxygen you get into your lungs and your

entire body by doing LL as often as you can each day, the more weight

and inches you will lose until your body has had enough weight loss.

Then, you will be able to use LL breathing for weight maintenance for

the rest of your life with the same wonderful success you had in losing

your excess blubber in the first place.

I have NEVER been on a weight loss program like this one, and especially

not on a BREATHING weight loss program. I am SO HAPPY that I found

Rashelle and her terrific LL program!! This is the best thing, bar

none, that has ever crossed my path. I will use this LL program for the

rest of my life, for certain.

I have not bought or worked with any of Rashelle's excecise tapes or

videos yet, but will buy them all and start using them some time in the

future.

Again, the VERY BEST OF LUCK to you, !!! Please let all of us know

how you are doing with the LL program as time goes by!! That is what we

are all here for!! To support each other in our LL programs!!!

Hi Pat, and thanks for the kind welcome and reply. I'm the new

(soulsingin81) :) and I think the one you replied to.

Wow! 100 breaths all at once or do you spread them out? I think I

might be high as a kite, as Rashelle says LOL! Ten inches off the

waistline is incredible! Good grief, if I did that, I would be back to

where I was in high school.

I did the stretch band workout this morning. Three days in a

row...going good!

Hi ,

I did this several years ago and the results were good. I did my workout in the

morning and the reflexology at night to relax me and help me sleep.

Thank you for your comments. I always love hearing from you.

I have been busy with my family here and now we are opening the new LifeLift

wellness and beauty center in Sausalito so I am not on line as much as I would

like to be.

It feels so good when I see a post from you and reminds me of the times when we

all had more time to post our messages.

I remember when I had time to be on line every day and it was so fun. I could

not wait to turn on the computer to see what you or one of our other

LifeLifter's had written.

You have always been an inspiration to so many.

Hi Rashelle,

I am hoping for some more time after August. Rick is running for Judge. If he

wins, I won't be working in his office anymore and will have much more time to

visit! :-)

I didn't realize you were opening a new center. I'm coming for a visit, you

Hello Dearest Karma,

Wow! That is so exciting for Rick. I hope he wins. How thrilling for you and

your whole family. Give my love to all of your family too.

I will be excited to see you at my door. The place is coming together

beautifully. We have a huge shipping center on one side and a great space on the

other side of the building with a big, wonderful body wrap room with a fireplace

and a big cozy massage chair so when the girls do a body wrap for someone they

will feel they are getting the ultimate nurturing. It is heavenly.

It has another good sized room for my LifeLift classes when I am in town and

schedule them and it can be used for other things when I am gone. It also has a

beautiful retail front with lots of goodies to keep everyone happy. We are

dedicating one side to thing to support and motivate the children for OxygenZoo.

It is adorable.

I expect to be ready for the Grand Opening in a few weeks.

I have been taking my sweet time putting it together so I can enjoy and savor

every moment I can with my new Great Grandson. He is the most precious little

person on the planet in my eyes so I admit I am spending a lot of time just

playing with him and loving every minute of it.

I can't wait to see your photos.

I envy you the warmth of California right now. It is really COLD, COLD,

COLD here in Vermont. We have been having, not too cold a winter for

Vermont this year, but COLD it is!!!

Hi ,

I break my 100 LL breaths up and do maybe 20 at a time 5 times a day. I

tried doing 100 reps at once, but got too dizzy. Doing 20 LL breaths at

a time 5 times a day is more my speed. It is not that hard, and the

results are so rewarding!!! Of course, sometimes I do less than 100

reps a day, but I always make sure that I do at least 50 or 60 reps each

day!!!!

I don't think that it is an unreasonable with to regain the body you had

in high school, . Not at all!!! Not with Life Lift!!! Go for it,

girl!!!!

I'm glad that you like the Stretch Band DVD!! I am looking forward to

getting that one some time in the future!!! Good luck with it, dear!!!!

Hi Rashelle,

Your new center sounds so inviting!! I hope that someday I might get to

San Francisco again. As I said, I haven't been there since the early

1980s, which is a long time ago. Right now I am pretty broke and just

have enough money to get by here in Vermont, but maybe some day!! Who

knows?

The best of luck with your new center. And don't be surprised if in a

year from now, I send you a picture of myself to show you what Life Lift

will have done for me by that time!!!
