Hi Everyone,

I'm still not all the way well. I apparently had a stubborn bladder infection

and a hurt back on top of it. The bladder infection is much better, but my back

is going to take time, however the pain in my back isn't as constant as it was

last week. I just have to be careful, because it doesn't take much for it to

start hurting. :-(

I've been doing at least 25 LL breaths almost everyday since I've been hurt.

Today I did a short 1 ml. walk with 40 LL breaths. Tonight I did 40 more LL

breaths without positions.
