Guest guest
Wow, ! What an inspiration! Congratulations!!!!! Melinda ) I lost almost 7 inches in my waist in the last 2 weeks!!! Hi Everyone, Great news!! I measured my waist this morning and discovered that I have lost 7 inches in my waist from the LL breathing already, and it has only been about 2 weeks since I started my LL breathing program!! I am going to celebrate the occasion this afternoon by eating a big piece of creamy cheese cake!! Love always, Pat
Guest guest
ummm, Pat - perhaps you should celebrate your inches lost with a new pair of pants or a beautiful scarf or whatever you're really aching to have - but NOT a calorie-laden sweet.... Don't wreck your wonderful work! BTW, my name is Bonnie. I seldom have the time to pop in here anymore, but I do have the time to always do my LL breathing/exercise. I find that making them a regular habit has improved my health in many ways. And when I'm not in the best of condition (right now, I'm recovering from a pulled-out back - ouch!), I find that I can still do the core exercises and the breathing, just not the heavier ones (like the sit-ups, push-ups, etc.). I lost my extra weight last year, but it was from a combination of good eating habits AND LifeLift - and I've been maintaining ever since. I maintain at a size 6/8 - and I love it. Welcome to the group - and congratulations on your weight/inches los1! " M. Lusher " <patlusher@...> wrote: Hi Everyone, Great news!! Guest guest
Thanks a lot, Melinda, I am so glad that my news inspired you. That is why I sent my wonderful news to the group. Guest guest
Hello Pat, WOW! This is wonderful news. I am so happy for you. You have inspired me. There are so many great benefits from doing LifeLift, but of course inch loss through our mid section is one of the most exciting. I do not believe in deprivation diets, but I do think common sense is necessary if you are going to have a healthy body for the rest of your life. I always try to watch my sodium and sugar intake and I also try to cut down on fats. I do watch portions as well. If you read the past newsletters you will get a really good idea of what I recommend as far as healthy eating habits. It is important to go with a healthy habits you can stay with so I don't recommend diets that make you feel deprived. Keep on doing your LifeLift breaths and drinking plenty of water and you should stay on track. I will look forward to hearing great things from you.. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, Thanks a lot. I am so very happy about this. I really cannot believe this is happening to me and FOR me. I am glad that I am an inspiration for you. It is funny that you should say that I am, as if I had not found YOUR program, this would not be happening to and FOR me!! I think that the shoe should really be on the other foot, if you know what I mean!! I will keep you informed of my progress, of course. Thanks a lot for the dietary advice. I will TRY to take your kind counsel. Unfortunately, I happen to LOVE salt. Fortunately, I am not salt sensitive like most people are, and I have NEVER had high blood pressure or any of the other problems most people develop from eating salt. I like sugar, too, but not half as much as I love salt. I have known many people in my life who I have secretly envied beyond belief. I am sure that you have known the kind of people I am thinking about and that I am referring to here. I am talking about very skinny people who eat and eat and eat and eat everything in sight, regardless of how fattening the particular foods in question are, and NEVER gain a pound. I knew a man once (and, in fact, I have known several people) who were very tall (over 6 feet tall), and who ate like pigs, but who were skinny no matter what they ate in no matter what quantities they ate. That is the kind of body that I would like to develop with the help of your wonderful Life Lift program, and, if I have my way, I will do just that eventually!!! I have the link to your newsletter archives in my folder in my mailbox, and I am reading them all little by little. I am really enjoying them and know that I will learn tons of good stuff from them. Thank you so very much for having developed your super duper Life Lift program and having shared it with all of us. I hope that more and more people will discover and use your Life Lift program as time goes by, because it is simply fantastic!!! May God bless you always for this, Rashelle!!! Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, Just for the record, I didn't get to eat that nice piece of creamy cheese cake that I wanted to in celebration of my wonderful inch loss news, but I am planning to eat it really soon, just as soon as I am able to get a piece. Maybe my brother will buy me a creamy cheese cake tomorrow. If not, then my birthday is coming up at the end of March. I might have to wait that long, but if I do, then so be it. I wonder how I will look by the time my birthday rolls around at the end of March!!!! Love always, Pat Rashelle Haines wrote: > Hello Pat, > > WOW! This is wonderful news. I am so happy for you. Guest guest
Hi , I fully intend to keep shrinking, my friend, in fact, I have lost another inch in my waist, so, to date, I have lost 8 inches. I wonder how many inches I will have lost by the time my birthday comes on March 30!!! Guest guest
Hi - no I didn't see the news about your son and the warrant officer - please resend it! I get so far behind with my email anymore..... I have some news about one of my sons (remember him, he's the chemistry Ph.D. who couldn't find a job) - he is now working as a technical writer (contract) and is starting law school (will specialize in patent law) next semester (University of Houston, his first choice). Sometimes it seems as though the " bad " things that happen really are blessings in disguise - Jim will end up in a very good-paying field, doing work that uses not only his chemistry but also his language/argumentative skills (and believe me, he loves to argue!). And my daughter is still in the Korean school at the Presidio of Monterey (Air Force) - however, she has been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis (painful bladder) and lost a lot of time, was re-placed in a new class - and now they are testing her for mono - if she tests positive she will be taken out of class and likely be rolled to another job (not a language). And another daughter (if anyone lives in or near Houston) is a featured exhibitor at FotoFest - a big photography art event. Let me know if anyone is interested in attending, I'll forward on information. Oops sorry - I can ramble on forever about kids - remember, I have 6 of them, plus a granddaughter, plus 3 in-laws and a soon-to-be 4th in-law and granddaughter, and 2 stepkids with their families..... Good luck to you and your family, and thanks for sharing your news with all of us through this wonderful LL group. Guest guest
Congratulations, Pat. I am so happy for you. What an inspiration you are to all of us. It is amazing what doing LifeLift can do for all of us. Just a few minutes a day can make so many positive changes. Last Thursday some really great people came out from a big TV station in Japan to film at my New LifeLift Health Center and I taught a good sized class for the first time in awhile. It was so amazing to see the transformation in everyone in such a short time. You are living proof of how important it is to do LifeLift as often as possible. My children even commented on how much color I had in my face and how bright my eyes were after doing LifeLift for about 30 minutes. It is a very good thing. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, Thank you so very much. I am so very happy with the results that I am getting from Life Lift!! I am very gratified that my testimonials are helping you and other people on our group, and I give them gladly!! I am so glad that your Life Lift Health Center Center is doing so well and that your class went so well last Tuesday. Where is your Life Lift Health Center located? In what state? I hope and pray that it will thrive, and from the results that I am getting from it personally, I know for sure that it will. I am so glad that your own Life Lift program is helping you so much and is making such a positive impact on your own health and life. Thank you so much for bringing such a wonderful program to the world via the internet. You are literally saving the lives of millions of people, I am sure, and that is something that you should truly be proud of!!! Thanks so much again, Rashelle, for helping the world live a healthier and happier life!! Love always, Pat Rashelle Haines wrote: > Congratulations, Pat. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, Thanks so very much. I am so happy, most especially since by this morning, I had lost almost 10 inches around my waist. This March 30, just in a few short weeks, I will become 55 years old. I wonder how many inches I will have lost around my waist by then!!! I am so glad that you are having such success with your teaching Life Lift and that your students are having such wonderful results from using your wonderful breathing method. I can well understand how happy you must feel and how gratified you must feel to know that this has all come about by your unstinting determination to be a blessing to the entire world. You certainly have a lot to be proud of, and I am so proud of you, my friend.
