Surely you could LL breathe your body back to what it looked like and felt like when you were a kid!!!! Why not? Well, I try to do 100 LL breaths a day!! That is my ultimate goal. But sometimes I only do 40 a day. I usually make sure that I don't do under 40 LL breaths a day, though. Hey, girl!! I know what!! Why don't you try it this way: Every time you go to the bathroom, do 20 LL breaths while you are sitting on the toilet. Surely, you go to the bathroom 5 times a day!!! 5 times 20 equals 100!!! So, that's how you could easily do 100 LL breaths a day!!! Not all at once, but 20 LL breaths at a time in 5 " bathroom sessions " !!! There you go!!! How's that? How about that, EVERYONE!!!
