Hello Dearest ,

Wow! What an incredible message. I have heard from others with MS who say that

LifeLift has been extremely beneficial for them, but I just can't hear enough

about this. I have also heard from several people who suffer with chronic

fatigue and fibromyalgia that LifeLift has been really helpful.

It is important that we all share these benefits in the hopes that we can help

someone new who may be struggling.

I loved hearing that your middle is looking more sculpted. That is not a silly

thing to say, it is great! I remember when I was teaching classes how many

people would get so excited to tell me that for the first time in ages they

actually could see muscles sculpting and developing. It is exciting and you

have every right to feel enthusiastic about this progress.

You just made my whole day. I am way behind on answering emails, but when I read

yours I got really excited. Thanks for sharing!

Take good care,

Rashelle

Okay, I have touched base with all of you before, telling you that my

exacerbation of my MS was mild for the first time in years, and I attribute this

to LL. I breathe as often as I think of it, I still don't manage to " count " my

breaths...i think the most important thing is I DO IT. My family has been

around quite a bit and they look funny at me when I am breathing. But, I feel

so much better and look so much more rested than when I don't do the breathing.

I also am pleased to report that my " fat " around my middle looks SCULPTED? Is

that a silly thing to say... I mean, my middle that has a good deal of my weight

in it, is looking like it has some " muscles " underneath...I can't wait to

actually see the muscles...hee hee. And my core muscles, the muscles that

support my back and my balance, they are stronger and I am not as " clumsy " as I

would be if I wasn't doing LL.

This is just a report from your friendly neighborhood MSER....
