Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Hi Everyone, You're all doing so well!!!!! Let's keep up the good work!!!! This morning I did 45 LL breaths with a 2 ml. walk. Tonight I did 50 more LL breaths with my ball. I haven't actually cut back on my eating per say, however I am cutting back on my nightly ice cream and Frito's. Those of you who have been around for a while know that these 2 things are my biggest weaknesses. I normally eat about 1/2 a cup of ice cream every night and I've decided to work on getting it down to one night a week. It won't happen overnight, right now I'm eating it every other night until I get it down to once a week. Tonight I ate a peanut butter choc. chip rice cake instead, if you haven't tried these they're very yummy! I ate one frito yesterday and none today. I know that this isn't a lot, but for me it's a start in the right direction. Let's keep going, good things are in store for 2006!!!!!
