Guest guest
Hello , Thank you so much for sharing your story with all of us. You have been such an inspiration to so many for such a long time. I am so glad you are back here with us Take good care, you are wonderful! Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Breathe in the most efficient way possible with Life Lift! www.oxygenlift.net. Life Lift is the Original Aerobic Breathing I will be happy to tell you my results with lifelift. I have been doing LL for abut 4 1/2 years now and can't imagine doing anything else. Like you, I started out with BF and did it for sometime but unlike you, I didn't see many results, plus I thought the breathing was a little too harsh and extremely loud and my shoulders always hurt. I was a little sceptical about LL because I thought it was probably about the same but deceded to take the plunge anyway and boy am I glad I did. At first I tried to do the breath forcefully like in BF until I finally realized that the more relaxed and calmly you do the breath the better. LL is all about taking you time and really enjoying the breath. I do alot of my breaths while traveling and unless I do stretches with my breathing my hybby doesn't even know I am doing my breaths. Now for my results. I did not have much to lose and basically needed to firm up. I am now 55 years old and look younger than some of my friends 7 and 8 years younger. I attribute part of this to genetics (thanks mom and dad) and a whole lot to LL. I am now much firmer than I was 5 years ago and know I am able to keep that way as long as I continue to do my LL. I know there are alot of girls that had quite a bit to lose and have done it with LL and hope some of them will get back to you. I can tell you that LL is by far the easiest and quickest way I know to get into shape. If you have trouble getting into some of the poses you might want to lie down and just concentrate on the breathing and tightening up everythng you can while in the holding part. I do that sometimes at night when I'm laying down watching a movie and it still amazes me that I can wake up with sore muscles after all these years. And most important, you will find out it not only helps on the outside of your body but also the inside. And talk about giving you energy!!! when I get tired during the day, I can do 10 or so breaths and am ready to go again. Love,
