Dehydrating milk

Hello,

I was wondering what this august group thought about dehydrated milk?

I don't mean the store bought kind, I know that's bad, and wouldn't

touch it for anything. Has anyone every dried their own milk? Is it

possible, or is their too much fat in the good stuff? Would it still

be a healthy food, or would drying it change the chemistry too much? I

would be using raw goat's milk, and probably in a dehydrator set on a

low setting. I am queen of the weird non-scientific experiments, so

that's why this inquiring mind wants to know. I don't yet have a

dehydrator, or I'd try it. If it's a no-go-no-way, I won't even

bother, but thought I'd see what you folks had to say on the subject.

Thanks,

Sally
