Hi Liz,

I take extra magnesium, but I have absolutely no idea what the recommended

dosages are. I take it (typically) in the citrate form -- somewhere I read that

that's the best way to get it into your body -- true????

I would love to know how magnesium has helped you, how much you take, and what

form you take. I'm afraid that it's one of those supplements that I read

something about, was extremely impressed, but then never did a lot more research

on.....

Thanks for any and all information!

Bonnie

Re: sum sum summertime

Hi ,

I recommend the book " The Miracles of Magnesium " by Carolyn Dean. It's a great

book and magnesium has helped me in so many ways since I started taking it. The

book is an easy read!

Love, Liz

So, yes, it's lovely, hot summertime, and all I want to do these days

is stay cooped up in my condo doing my LL breaths, relaxing, and

finding ways to better my health. Currently I'm in the middle of the

book The Healing Miracles of Coconut Oil. I was able to find it at my

library, and was very pleased. What are some books related to health

that you have enjoyed? Lemme know!
