I take it (typically) in the citrate form -- somewhere I read that that's the best way to get it into your body -- true???? I would love to know how magnesium has helped you, how much you take, and what form you take. I'm afraid that it's one of those supplements that I read something about, was extremely impressed, but then never did a lot more research on..... Thanks for any and all information! The book is an easy read!
