Thanks for all these inspiring and uplifting messages.

I am getting ready to go in and do my Reflexology workout. I expect to sleep

like a baby and feel absolutely fantastic and ready for anything when I wake up

tomorrow.

The combination of the oxygen from LifeLift and Reflexology is as good as it

gets in my book.

Take good care,

Rashelle

THE BENEFITS OF LifeLift AND REFLEXOLOGY

Let me just say the reflexology tape is the best way to end the day.

I pop it into the dvd in my bedroom everynight and do it on my bed

before I go to sleep. It is the perfect way to just tell your body

how much you love it,and prepare to sleep. I have anxiety and one

of the things I used to do before bedtime to ward off insomnia is

progressive mucsle tension. The Reflexology tape is so much better.

It puts your mind and body into a rested and ready to sleep mode. I

highly recommend it. Mel

LL reflexology breaths are wonderful! I'm very prone to headaches and

digestive problems and reflexology with LL has helped me many times with

these problems. I think that you'll love Rashelle's reflexology tape!

Love, Liz

I really feel like this would be a great tool to use for

everything from pain relief to digestive issues (which I seem to be

having more of lately). It's great to know it works so well for

you!

As a side note, when you do LL breaths with reflexology, did you

notice faster weight/inch loss? Just curious...

Thanks!

Reflexology has done so much for me. It has taken some extreme hip pain away

that I have had since I had a major orthopedic surgery done 4 years ago. It is

the only thing that works for that. If I don't do my reflexology regularly my

pain returns.

Let me know what you think when you get going with it.

Oh, by the way, Rashelle is right in that you basically are looking for sore

spots. If you find a sore spot you gently rub it until you rub it out.

Sometimes you need to take a break from a spot and rub other areas and then come

back

to it.
