Guest guest
Hello Everyone, , you are so good. Yes, The silent pah is every bit as effective as the loud one. I often do my LifeLift breaths in public and no one even knows what I am doing. I just simply do the exhale more like a very nice, deep sigh with my mouth barely opened. It sounds more like a very gentle puh than a pah. The first step, blowing through the straw can be completely quiet with no sound at all. Take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Life Lift is the Original Aerobic Breathing I can do the breath without sound. I just breath out all of the air very slowly and silently. I will often take that time to really tighten my abs too(you can really work them this way). The " Pah " is just a noise you make when air is coming out over your vocal cords it isn't needed though to still get a good LL breath. (At least that is what I think, correct me if I am wrong Rashelle-grin). Love,
