Guest guest Posted July 1, 2005 Report Share Posted July 1, 2005 Hi Brennan, What I used to do when I belonged to Curves was while at the rebounding mats; I only did the LL breaths; I did not keep my feet moving. For me, this worked well and let me concentrate of the breaths and not worry about keeping the feet moving. Enjoy!
