Guest guest
, >What is ya'll's experience with weight gain with this eating style? I maintained my weight for the first 6 months then gained 7 pounds. Still am lower than the majority of my life, my arms don't look like wasting muscle and I can't wear half my clothes without feeling poured into them. Am 10 years older than you. Looks like my oils, trans fats post was misunderstood or not clear. The Good Fat Cookbook's no fat damage frying is olive oil no higher than 350 degrees. Dependant on brand and year so questionable. Coconut oil, lard and nonhydrogenated peanut oil safe to 365 degrees. These temps also produce no fat absorption into the food. Frying insurance note from Greek olive oil researcher Paraskevas Tokusbalides. You can counteract the effects of any nasty chemicals developed in the course of frying by eating 5 olives along with your fried food.
