There is an MD in NY that works that way with cancer patients. His URL is http://www.dr-gonzalez.com/ Also I like the book, A Cancer Battle Plan by Anne and Frahm. I think she did go vegetarian but her overall approach was broad and the book is quite inspiring. I also like Beating Cancer with Nutrition by Quillin and Keep Your Breasts by Moss.
