I was reading about many studies that were conducted, and heres what i found: in terms of neurotoxicity: Mepivacaine<bupvicaine<Lidocaine. So according to the study, Lidocaine was most neurotoxic, but that study didn't include Articaine. Guest guest Posted April 4, 2012 Report Share Posted April 4, 2012 yes, do not confuse your self it is as simple as that articaine......neurotoxic pubivicaine..........cardiotoxic long acting............pubivicaine short acting.............mepevicaine its been given quite nicely in Scully would recommend reading it from there. we had about 10 question about them in our exam last September.
