### Interestingly, no, he doesn't have the same reaction. I've been

making yogurt with both cow and goat milk and he seems to be just

fine with it. Of course I haven't been giving him heaps of if

because I've just been testing it out to see if he reacts. But so

far with a cup of yogurt at a time, he hasn't reacted negatively.

This brings to mind that even the Maasai eat most of their milk

fermented. When I was reading about the Hunzas, they also took most

of their milk soured. We also eat quite a bit of cheese to which he

doesn't react negatively. We generally have gouda (cow), chedder

(goat), manchego (I think it's sheep), and a few others.
