Guest guest
Hello Jenni, You are my hero! I am so excited for you and so inspired I am going to go down by to the walking path to do some LifeLift while walking. It is a perfect day for a walk. It has been rainy and cold every day, but this morning the sun is shining and it is beautiful. Your messages have added to the beauty of my day. Thank you. I let my husband read your message and he let out a big whoop for you too. We are so proud of you Jenni. You are truly a perfect LifeLifter, full of joy and enthusiasm that is truly infectious You are living proof that by changing the way you breathe you can truly change the way you feel. Each LifeLift breath you take is healing and strengthening your precious body from the inside out. I am just glowing after reading your message today...Bless you! With love, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Breathe in the most efficient way possible with Life Lift! www.oxygenlift.net. Life Lift is the Original Aerobic Breathing Thank you Rashelle for Life Lift and for you! I am so happy! Today I did my second walk/run. The first one I did was 3.1 miles and I did it in 1 hour 15 minutes...that was 4 months ago. Since that time, between walking regularly AND doing Life Lift continuously (mainly just the breathing) I am proud to say I did my walk in under 49 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actualy took 26 minutes off my time!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I actually ran the last 1/2 mile all the way to the finish! AND my recovery time was minimal....although you wouldn't have known that by how red my face was. I was standing around joking with my husband and son within 10 minutes after the race. Except for the red face you would never have known I just walk/ran 3.1 miles. Rashelle, words can never ever express the gift you just gave me! 5 years ago I was a smoker who couldn't walk up the stairs without being exhausted...today I'm almost a runner and loving it! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! with love, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom! May God guide and protect our troops! [
