The liver tonic in NT stills tastes way toooo livery for me!!

So I devised this new way that may help some of you unless you're

taking really large amounts. I use 1 oz/day of raw liver.

I freeze it in little itty-bitty pieces then swallow them like

vitamin pills - 1/2oz AM and 1/2 oz afternoon. And I use

's V-8 juice recipe to gulp them down with. I made her recipe

back in April and it's still good if not better!! I also add 1/2

fresh lime to it and that does it. It working so well that I haven't

tried just whizzing the liver in her V-8 juice with lime but I bet it

would also taste a-okay.

Actually, I made a killer fermented V-8 juice a couple of weeks ago

and it's

still going strong in my fridge:

6 large tomatoes

1 small beet

4 carrots

2 celery stalks

1/2 bunch of spinach

2 garlic cloves

juice of two lemons

tabasco sauce

salt

whey

Juice what can be juiced and add the rest. Pour into airtight jars

and let sit

out for 3 days. Then put in fridge.

Bloody s for Easter Morning! Yum Yum.
