So I devised this new way that may help some of you unless you're taking really large amounts. I use 1 oz/day of raw liver. I freeze it in little itty-bitty pieces then swallow them like vitamin pills - 1/2oz AM and 1/2 oz afternoon. And I use 's V-8 juice recipe to gulp them down with. I made her recipe back in April and it's still good if not better!! I also add 1/2 fresh lime to it and that does it.
