I'm not on the pill but after I started BFL and calculated when i was SUPPOSED to start my period, I started about a week and a half before that. Don't know why, but I'll have to say the PMS keeps getting better and better every time though which is COOL! ~kimmah Weird My period started today, 10 days early. I'm on the pill, and have not missed taking any this month (after 2 kids in 2 years, I'm religious about that!!), so this is really weird. Even weirder -- the exact same thing happened about 2 weeks into the program the last time I started a challenge. Has this happened to anyone else? I have 3 friends in the city where I live whom all have Lyme Disease & company, and they have been using this for a few years and say it does help a lot.
