Hey Irish guy you seem pretty upset. It is OK to rant, just remember that it's

also OK for others. You mentioned also that your going bonkers, what's that all

about? Are you, OK? I believe the other guys noticed your rant and wanted to

critique, your statements. Just in case some younger inexperienced people we're

reading the post. The last thing we need are crazy adrenaline junkies getting

themselves hurt.

Also as of 2009 Detroit, MI isn't in the Top 5 for more murder capitols.

I also noticed that your caps lock turned on and you capitalized AS A PARAMEDIC

14 YEARS.We're you typing to fast? What remote site do you work for in Detroit?

Are you on a seismic job near the great lakes? Just curious.

Continue to enjoy this group and remember your talking to people from all types

of backgrounds. ARMY, USMC and/or SAS, the titles don't matter we worked, served

and died together.

I was ranting about my personnel experiences while serving with the USMC

in the Pre-911 era. Acive duty 1980-1991. I currently work in detroit.

MI murder capitol of the world AS A PARAMEDIC 14 YEARS.

Do I suggest playing rickey rescue standing up and running around

during a firefight and playing hero and getting killed. NOT.

I agree with shoot the bad guys- then treat the wounded.

We did not have body armour-sigle arm tournikits- blood clotting

bandages ect ect. our best weapon was our minds.

For self defence I had a 9mm, thats it.

Different time different place.

Thank god for medical advances. You US Army guys need to lighten up.

We Irish like to tell stories anyway. Be safe Cheers.
