Guest guest
I hope you are not dying, Suze BTW, do we really need the beyondprice group? I often don't know which group to post to, considering that most of the active members are in both groups. And they seem to discuss the same topics. Guest guest
>>>>I hope you are not dying, Suze ---->lol! i hope not either :-) i'm just very appreciate of the good things in my life, including this forum :-) my experiences have taught me how tenuous life is...so i always have in the back of my mind that i might not be around tomorrow, which makes me want to express my appreciation to others at least periodically, if not regularly. (more regularly in my personal life, and periodically to my online pals :-) >>>>>BTW, do we really need the beyondprice group? I'll think I will join you in raising that glass of virtual wine. yours for better health, from a fellow health freak, or as Ron Strauss would sign off, mo' butter mo' better and butterly yours, ps - my apologies to those of you who receive this list in digest form. I just couldn't find a place to cut. I do hope you will forgive this one indulgence. Guest guest
Hmmmm..... The beyondprice group strikes me as far more technical than native nutrition. Guest guest
would like to echo the very same sentiment... this group together with 'Beyond Price', is the most knowledgeable, level headed and friendly I've come across... awkward moments have been dealt with in the nicest possible way... fanaticism, bickering and downright rudeness I've encountered [not personally though] on some of the other groups I'm on [or have left] are refreshingly absent.... my only 'complaint' [LOL] is that too often I feel 'dwarfed' by the awesome breadth of knowledge, patience and willingness to share that the 'back-bone' members of these two groups offer... so... I would like to join Suze in saying 'thank you' ALL! Dedy i'm just very appreciate of the good things in my life, including this forum :-) my experiences have taught me how tenuous life is...so i always have in the back of my mind that i might not be around tomorrow, which makes me want to express my appreciation to others at least periodically, if not regularly. Guest guest
Wow! What a beautiful post, Suze....I got a little 'wet around the edges' reading it. I, too, have gained so much from everyone on this list and always look forward to the discussions. So much has been said about lack of community in these modern times, but without the internet I would never found you all. I too raise a glass of cask-conditioned ale to you all! Hazzah! Guest guest
Thank you Suze for being so helpful and a big thank you to all the others that make this message board so informative and inspirational. Suze-- an idea might be to have one website for messages and keep the others for information. Do you think that might work? Jafa <jc137@...> wrote: Wow! Guest guest
I haven't been very active here lately (mainly because my life has been busy, the computer can be too much of a distraction from more important things, and the computer time I have has been taken up with researching other topics), but I also very much appreciate this list and its members. People who have never made a true connection with someone online think it's odd to consider someone a friend when you've never met them IRL, but once you know it can happen it's great to know there's a much larger pool of kindred spirits to connect with. I've been helped and inspired by this group, as well. Aubin
