Guest guest Posted July 5, 2003 Report Share Posted July 5, 2003 Hi guys-- I got a kombucha mushroom and am working on getting my first batch going right now (as I type!). Any hints, recipes, etc? My husband is not fond of the (commercial bottled) kombucha he's had. How can I make sure it's extra-tasty? I'm not having trouble with getting him to eat more protein and fat, but the fermented stuff so far is a harder sell (though he likes yogurt cheese and really liked the tsukemono I made using fish sauce instead of soy sauce).
